Goodman signs second lease with Quehenberger Logistics at the Goodman Senec Logistics Centre in Slovakia

Goodman Group, a global leading owner, developer and manager of industrial real estate, has signed a second lease agreement with Quehenberger Logistics SVK a.s., a specialist in distribution networks and contract logistics, for 12,500 sqm of warehouse and office space in a new building at Goodman Senec Logistics Centre. Quehenberger initially leased more than 9,000 sqm within the centre, and this new space has been pre-leased before the bulding’s completion.

Goodman Senec Logistics Centre expands, signing lease agreement with Alza.sk

Goodman Group (“Goodman” or “Group”), a global leader in the ownership, development and management of industrial real estate, has secured a new 12,000 sqm lease agreement with Alza.cz (Alza), the largest online supplier of electronics to the Czech and Slovak markets. This agreement confirms Goodman’s leading position in the field of ecommerce logistics space. The space being leased by Alza forms part of a new 15,500 sqm facility recently completed by Goodman at its Senec Logistics Centre in Slovakia. Alza is leasing an area of 12,000 sqm and the remaining 3,500 sqm was developed on a speculative basis. Goodman signed lease agreements with companies NAY a.s., Quehenberger Logistics and Agility earlier this year at the property.

This latest success closely follows a recent agreement with Agility Logistics at the same location. The property group has leased a 5,000 sqm facility to new customer NAY a.s., while extending its existing lease to Quehenberger Logistics for an additional 4,500 sqm of warehousing space.
