Goodman Group, a global leading owner, developer and manager of industrial real estate, has signed a second lease agreement with Quehenberger Logistics SVK a.s., a specialist in distribution networks and contract logistics, for 12,500 sqm of warehouse and office space in a new building at Goodman Senec Logistics Centre. Quehenberger initially leased more than 9,000 sqm within the centre, and this new space has been pre-leased before the bulding’s completion.
Goodman extends partnership with Quehenberger Logistics SVK a.s.
Quehenberger Logistics SVK a.s. is part of Austria’s Augustin Quehenberger Group, which specialises in distribution networks and contract logistics and which has its own nationwide distribution network for cargo shipments in Austria and 56 other locations across eastern and southern Europe.
Quehenberger Logistics SVK a.s. has been a Goodman customer since 2014 and currently leases over 9,000 sqm of logistics premises in Goodman Senec Logistic Centre, where it specialises in the distribution of tyres. Quehenberger now leases an additional 12,100 sqm of warehouse and 400 sqm of associated office space.
“Since the beginning of our cooperation with Goodman, we have been more than satisfied with the services that they provide. This is the reason why we decided to extend our cooperation with Goodman and lease additional space in their Senec Logistic Centre,” said Mathias Friedrich, Head of Contract Logistics at Quehenberger Logistics SVK a.s.

Goodman expanding in Slovakia
Goodman Senec Logistics Centre is a rapidly growing flagship property of the Group in Slovakia.
Given the positive dynamics of the logistics real estate market in Slovakia, Goodman has expanded the centre with phase one of building D of 17,000 sqm that can be adapted to customer needs. The new facility was partially leased well ahead of its completion. The new building has been completed in January 2017. The remaining 4,500 sqm is available for immediate lease.
“The Slovak market has seen increased demand to which Goodman has responded with new developments in the strategic location of Senec. Our philosophy of own-develop-manage has allowed us to increase our market share in Slovakia while providing long-term benefits for our customers,” added Palek.
